Note: All Entries close on the Friday before the pre-fish ban of each event beings. All Entry forms need to be submitted through the MLF Australia website with payment. Please find a full set of our rules at www.mlfaustralia.com.au. Major League Fishing (MLF) Australia has the right to exercise discretion in accordance with the rules. Please fill in a membership form and payment. All boats insurance and registration must be up to date for the event(s) and be provided to MLF Australia.

 

Liability Waiver 2024:

I understand the full responsibility for myself and my team member/s to participate in Major League Fishing Australia is his/hers alone. Hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of or related to the event(s) whether caused by the negligence of the organizations or persons involved with Major League Fishing Australia, sponsors, promoters, or any other involved persons. I understand the risks of danger to myself and my property while preparing and participating in Major League Fishing Australia event(s) and while on the event premises. I will rely upon my own judgment and ability, assume all such risk and loss and herby agree to reimburse all costs to those persons or organizations connected with this event(s) for damages incurred as a result of my negligence. I agree to be bound by Major League Fishing Australia rules and any other rules that govern this event(s). Major League Fishing Australia and organising authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury, or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the event(s). the Competition & Consumer Act 2010 ("the Act") implies a warranty of due care and skill into contracts for the supply of services to consumers, as defined in the Act. To the extent that the warranty applies to any contract relevant to the Release and Waiver of Liability, it cannot be excluded. Subject to that warranty, if applicable and IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work for, or participate in any way in the EVENT(S), EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, heirs.
